Allan is a Chartered Accountant and has worked for Croudace for 21 years, becoming Group Finance Director and Company Secretary in 1988. His experience encompasses residential development, contracting, commercial property development and investment. He became the Director responsible for Strategic Land in 2004 and Managing Director of Croudace Strategic Ltd in January 2006 and still retains his Group finance responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Direction of the Company and providing advice on financial and commercial issues.

Stewart has been our Company Solicitor for 31 years. During this time he has dealt with all of our Strategic sites from inception to completion.

Manager - Special Projects

Martin is a Chartered Town Planner with experience in the public and private sectors. During his 11 years at Croudace he has been a Land Manager but for the last 4 years has been Project Manager for our Church Fields project in Daventry.

Responsibilities: Project Management for Daventry, advice on planning matters.
