In January 2006, the Croudace Homes Group Ltd created a new Company, Croudace Strategic Limited to invest in and promote land with long-term prospects for development. The aim of the new Company is to extend the considerable success Croudace has had in the past in promoting and developing land over the long term to maximise its value for the benefit of our landowners and the Group.

Managing DirectorThe Group recognises the importance of long-term land and the difficulties in securing planning permissions for such sites and being a private company it is possible to make investment decisions, which may affect short-term profits but which benefit the Group and landowners in the long term. Consequently, we have decided to increase substantially the funds available for this activity and expand the geographical area in which we work through the establishment of Croudace Strategic Limited.
Croudace Strategic Limited, based in Caterham, Surrey is a 100% owned subsidiary of Croudace Homes Group Limited and benefits from all the resources and financial strength of the Group.
